Start with where you are in the buying process.
Buying a dental practice is a major decision. You may be exploring ownership, comparing opportunities, preparing an offer, or already working through a purchase.
A 20-minute introductory call with Corey Young is a chance to discuss your goals, explain where you are, and determine whether Practice Directions is the right fit.
Buyer assistance is available throughout the United States.
What we’ll discuss
The conversation focuses on your situation and the kind of support you may need:
- Your ownership goals and preferred geography.
- Where you are in the search or purchase process.
- Whether you have identified a target practice.
- Your timing and financing readiness.
- The decisions or challenges prompting you to seek help.
- Whether Deep Dive Analysis or Full Buyer Representation may be appropriate.
You do not need to have every question answered before scheduling.
A conversation about your next step.
The introductory call gives us a chance to understand your situation, discuss your goals, and determine what kind of support would be useful.
We won’t conduct a detailed practice or document review during this initial conversation. If your needs call for financial analysis, review of transaction materials, or ongoing support, we’ll explain the appropriate service, fee, and engagement terms before work begins.
There is no obligation to engage Practice Directions after the introductory call.
What support could follow?
Deep Dive Analysis
For buyers who want an independent financial and practice-price analysis before deciding where to commit.
The $2,500 engagement covers up to three target practices, a written analysis memo for each practice reviewed, and a 30-minute review call.
Full Buyer Representation
For buyers who want broader support through practice evaluation, offer strategy, structured due diligence, professional-team coordination, and early transition planning.
The total fee is $9,500: $2,500 at engagement and $7,000 only if the purchase closes. A prior Deep Dive fee applies toward that total.
Before your call
Be ready to briefly describe:
- The state or region where you want to buy.
- Your current stage in the process.
- Any target practice or listing ID relevant to your inquiry.
- Your anticipated timing.
- The main decision you need help making.
There is no need to send financial records or confidential documents before an introductory call. If an engagement proceeds, we’ll provide instructions for supplying the appropriate information.
Prefer to begin by email?
Email corey@practicedirections.com with the subject “Buyer assistance inquiry.”
Include your name, target state or region, a brief description of where you are in the process, and the kind of help you are seeking.
If you are asking about a specific Practice Directions listing, include its listing ID. A listing inquiry does not automatically establish a buyer-advisory relationship; any engagement must respect existing client relationships and applicable conflict boundaries.
Looking for something else?
Selling your practice independently?
The assisted for sale by owner (FSBO) listing service provides listing preparation, broker-level tools, marketing and distribution support, and a PracticEstimate educational price-range report at no additional charge.
Hiring an associate?
Review the assisted associate listing service for package details, current availability, pricing, and how to begin.
Asking about an advertised opportunity?
Use the inquiry instructions on the specific practice or associate listing. Include the listing ID so your request can be directed appropriately.
Confidential materials are subject to the applicable NDA, owner permissions, and release approvals.
Already working with Corey?
Use your existing engagement correspondence to arrange analysis reviews, working sessions, and other scheduled support.
Those sessions are separate from introductory calls and follow the scope of your engagement.
A clear next step—without pressure to commit.
The purpose of the introductory call is to understand your situation and determine whether there is a useful way to work together.
That may mean a focused analysis, broader buyer representation, or a conclusion that an engagement is not the right fit.
