Present your practice clearly. Help the right associates recognize the opportunity.
Hiring an associate takes more than announcing an opening. Dentists want to understand the practice environment, clinical expectations, compensation structure, and what the position could mean for their future.
Practice Directions helps independent practices prepare, market, and distribute associate opportunities using broker-level listing tools and marketing support.
Whether you are offering a conventional associate position or a genuine path toward ownership, we help you explain the opportunity clearly—while you remain in control of applicant conversations and hiring decisions.
You lead the hiring. We support the marketing.
This service is designed for owners who want to manage their own hiring process without handling all the listing preparation, marketing, and distribution themselves.
Practice Directions helps you:
- Prepare a clear, professional description of the position and practice.
- Explain the clinical role, schedule, compensation structure, and expectations.
- Market and distribute the opportunity using broker-level tools and channels.
- Present any genuine ownership pathway accurately.
- Give prospective associates useful information before they inquire.
You remain the primary point of contact and decision-maker for interviews, employment discussions, and hiring.
This is an assisted listing and marketing service—not a recruiting engagement, candidate-screening service, or guarantee of placement.
Conventional positions and ownership pathways are welcome.
Private practice needs both strong associate relationships and future owners.
Your opportunity does not need to include equity or a buy-in arrangement to belong here. We welcome conventional associate positions as well as roles with a genuine ownership pathway.
If ownership is part of the offering, the listing should explain what is actually available and distinguish current terms from possibilities that remain subject to future discussion or agreement.
We do not imply that an associate position includes ownership when it does not.
What your package includes
Assisted listing preparation
We help organize your information into a clear public listing.
Depending on the position and the information you approve for publication, that may include:
- General location and practice setting.
- Clinical responsibilities and scope.
- Expected schedule.
- Experience requirements or preferences.
- Compensation structure and benefits.
- Mentorship or professional-development arrangements, where offered.
- Any genuine ownership opportunity.
- How interested dentists should inquire.
Marketing and distribution support
Practice Directions handles preparation for publication and supports distribution of your approved opportunity through the listing and marketing channels used for the service.
The goal is to help prospective associates understand the position and identify whether it may fit their interests.
Marketing does not guarantee a particular number of inquiries, interviews, or a successful hire.
One consolidated revision round
Your package includes one consolidated prepublication revision round.
Corrections to our errors do not count against that allowance. You approve the exact listing before publication.
Three calendar months of publication
Your initial listing period begins when your approved opportunity goes live—not when you pay.
Preparation and approval time do not reduce the publication period. No specific preparation or publication turnaround is promised.
Routine factual updates
During each paid term, routine updates are included, such as:
- Availability or hiring-status changes.
- Contact corrections.
- Straightforward schedule or compensation updates.
- Other factual corrections.
Substantial rewrites or a materially changed offering are scoped separately before work begins, with no automatic additional charge.
How the service works
1. Submit a service inquiry
Tell us where your practice is located and briefly describe the associate position you want to advertise.
The inquiry is for confirming service eligibility, scope, and pricing—not an open-ended hiring consultation.
2. Confirm the service and complete the agreement
Corey confirms the applicable service and price and sends the service agreement and seller-specific payment instructions.
Please do not send payment-card details by email.
3. Provide the opportunity details
After your signed agreement and payment are confirmed, you receive instructions for providing the information needed to prepare the listing.
Full payment is required before case setup and listing preparation begin.
4. Review and approve the listing
We prepare the listing, consolidate missing-information questions, and work through the included revision round.
You approve the exact public content before publication.
5. Publish and handle inquiries
Your three-calendar-month listing period begins when the approved opportunity goes live.
You manage applicant conversations, interviews, employment terms, and the hiring decision. Let us know when the position’s status changes so the listing can remain accurate.
Pricing and current availability
Initial associate opportunity package
- Ohio founding rate: $295.
- Standard rate: $395.
Includes assisted preparation, marketing and distribution support, one consolidated revision round, and three calendar months of publication.
The service is currently open to Ohio practices. Availability in other states will be confirmed as the service expands.
Founding pricing applies to Ohio practices whose payment is received during the initial launch offer. It applies to the initial package only—not renewal fees. There is no first-ten quota and no announced closing date.
Renewal
Your listing automatically renews at $125 for each additional three calendar months until you cancel.
The first renewal charge occurs three calendar months after publication. There is no additional charge at publication.
We email reminders seven days and two days before each renewal charge, stating the amount and date.
Clear information. Clear responsibilities.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the position description, compensation information, employment representations, and any stated ownership opportunity.
Our preparation and consistency checks do not independently verify employer representations or listing contents.
You approve the public listing and must report material changes. You and your professional advisers remain responsible for employment-law compliance, agreements, credential verification, and hiring decisions.
Practice Directions does not negotiate employment agreements, make hiring decisions, or represent an applicant under this listing service.
Cancellation, withdrawal, and refunds
Cancel renewal by email
Reply to a renewal reminder or email corey@practicedirections.com before the renewal charge processes.
Cancelling renewal only leaves your listing live through the current paid end date.
Remove the opportunity
If you fill the position or otherwise want the listing removed, email your withdrawal request.
Withdrawal triggers listing removal and cancellation of future renewal charges. Voluntary withdrawal after publication does not create a prorated refund.
Before publication
You may cancel before publication for a full refund, including if preparation has begun.
After publication
Low inquiry volume, failure to fill the position, hiring outcomes, and voluntary early withdrawal do not qualify for an initial-package refund.
Renewal refunds
You may request a full renewal refund within three calendar days of the renewal charge. A refunded renewal ends the listing and cancels future renewal charges.
See the Terms of Service and Refund Policy for complete provisions, including failed payments, removal, and re-entry.
