This policy applies to Practice Directions’ assisted FSBO and associate opportunity listing services.
Before publication
You may cancel before your listing is published for a full refund, including if preparation has begun. Email corey@practicedirections.com. Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
After publication
Low inquiry volume, failure to sell the practice or fill the position, transaction outcomes, and voluntary early withdrawal do not qualify for an initial-purchase refund or prorated refund.
Renewals
Your listing renews every three calendar months at $150 for an FSBO listing or $125 for an associate opportunity listing, beginning three calendar months after publication.
We email reminders seven days and two days before each renewal charge, stating the amount and date.
You may cancel by replying to a reminder or emailing corey@practicedirections.com before the renewal charge processes. Cancelling renewal only leaves your listing live through the current paid end date.
Renewal refunds
You may request a full renewal refund within three calendar days of the renewal charge.
A refunded renewal ends the listing and cancels future renewal charges. Requests after this window are discretionary.
Billing errors and charges made despite timely cancellation are handled separately as corrections.
Withdrawal and removal
A request to withdraw your listing also cancels future renewal charges; no separate billing-cancellation request is required.
If Practice Directions removes a listing for false or misleading information, a legal violation, or a terms violation, future renewal charges stop when the listing is removed.
Removal does not itself create a refund entitlement. Existing refund provisions and billing-error corrections remain applicable.
Exceptions
We may issue refunds at our discretion for technical failures or unusual circumstances.

What we don’t refund
Fees you pay separately to third parties—including attorneys, CPAs, financial planners, lenders, or other advisers—and costs you incur based on PracticEstimate are not refundable by Practice Directions.
PracticEstimate is educational information provided as a free bonus with your FSBO listing, not a formal valuation. See our Terms of Service.
Failed renewal payments
If renewal payment fails, we email you with instructions for resolving the payment.
Your listing remains live during a seven-day grace period. If payment remains unresolved after that period, the listing is removed and the subscription ends.
Re-entry
Re-entry after lapse or withdrawal requires owner review before payment.
Practice Directions will confirm whether existing listing content and approvals remain usable, identify needed updates, and approve the applicable scope and price.
No automatic re-entry fee, penalty, or founding-price entitlement applies. Existing paid-through rights remain unchanged.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your credit card issuer without first contacting us, we consider that a breach of these terms and may deny future access to our services.

Governing law
This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service and is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
